1 Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith will plead guilty to making a false statement in the first criminal case arising from U.S. Attorney John Durham's review of the investigation into links between Russia and the 2016 Trump campaign
2 The Michigan Senate approved a bipartisan package of bills in a rare Saturday session. The plan requires schools returning to in-person classes to prioritize K through 5th grade students. State funding for districts will be based more on last year's attendance numbers, instead of this year's. The Michigan House will vote on the legislation on Monday.
3 Governor Whitmer signed an executive order over the weekend requiring new COVID-19 protocols at jails and prisons across Michigan.
