Kent County Health Department chief offers video update on COVID-19

Dr. Adam London medical director of The Kent County Health Department has released a new today video in which he discusses how his department’s collective efforts are helping to mitigate the spread of the virus in the West Michigan community and the importance of wearing cloth masks in public places.

As of Saturday May 2nd, Kent County data showed 1,697 positive cases of COVOD-19, and 36 total deaths.

The Kent County Health Department’s online data dashboard has been updated to include COVID-19 positive cases by zip code and recovered cases.

To view dashboard, click here. Also, you can review the State of Michigan’s online dashboard listing the cumulative total of recovered COVID-19 patients, cases in long-term care facilities, number of hospitalized patients, etc.
