LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has ordered U.S. and Michigan flags lowered at all state buildings and grounds in honor oflate Gov. William G. Milliken. Milliken was Michigan’s longest-serving governor. He died Friday at age 97.
