WML Wednesday Show Notes: Tornado Anniversary & CEO Spotlight

Today on WML, Bill Steffen joins the show to remember the F5 tornado that hit West Michigan 63 years ago and Doug Small, CEO of Experience GR is the subject of our Corp! Magazine CEO Spotlight.

1 A suicidal man was shot by a Grand Rapids officer on the city's northwest side after the man threatened that he'd hurt himself and the officers. It happened last nightaround 12:30at Leonard Street and Alpine. 

Police received reports about a 30-year-old man with a gun at the Marathon gas station on Leonard and Alpine. The man had been sending suicidal videos threatening to shoot himself and officers.  

2 The list of women accusing former VP Joe Biden of in appreciate contact is growing after two more women have reported encounters. One of them a 29 year old college student at the time. 

3 Actresses Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman are expected at a court hearing in Boston today, stemming from indictments associated with a college admissions scandal. Approximately 50 parents are accused of cheating the admissions process at eight sought-after schools, bribing college coaches and other insiders to get their children into selective schools.

-Today marks the 63rd anniversary of the deadliest tornado outbreak in Michigan's history. At least 17 people were killed and more than 300 were injured.
