Tanger Outlets sues 3 GR companies for failed pavement

BYRON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — The owners of the Tanger Outlet mall near Byron Center are now suing three Grand Rapids contractors, accusing them of shoddy work.

The North Carolina-based company named Nederveld, Inc., Rockford Construction company and Materials Testing Consultants, Inc. in the federal lawsuit filed last week. Tanger Outlets has accused them of breach of contract, negligence and unjust enrichment, and is asking for more than $75,000.
