ORANGEVILLE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Part of a man's leg was amputated when he became caught up in a boat motor on Gun Lake Sunday afternoon.
Authorities on the scene told 24 Hour News 8 that the man was a passenger on a boat in one of the inlets on the lake's south side.
He jumped off the boat without telling the person driving. The boat turned, causing the man to come into contact with the motor.
