WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — One of two women caught on home security video swiping potted plants from a Wyoming porch is now charged.
Angela Sheree Fels, 39, appeared in Wyoming District Court Monday where she was arraigned on a larceny charge.
Authorities believe Fels was one of two women who stole the plants from Patricia Quinones’ home last month while Quinones was sleeping.
