WALKER, Mich. (WOOD) — A man has been charged with murdering his brother after a shooting at a Walker apartment complex Monday.
Christian Burns, 23, was arraigned on open murder and felony firearm charges Tuesday after the fatal shooting of 29-year-old Nicholas Burns.
The incident happened around 2:45 a.m. at the Orchards apartment complex in the 900 block of 4 Mile Road NW near the Alpine Avenue intersection. Christian Burns was taken into custody without incident, police said.
