BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened at a Battle Creek apartment complex.
Battle Creek police were called at 8:12 a.m. to River Apartments, located at 85 Stringham Road, in Battle Creek on reports of a body being found behind the building. Upon arrival, police discovered the body of 22-year-old Joseph Bowser of Battle Creek.
