BYRON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (via WOOD TV 8) — The 100th Street bridge deck over US-131 in southern Kent County was struck again Thursday by a semi-truck.
Southbound US-131 is down to one lane. The Michigan Department of Transportation will assess the damage to the bridge before the highway can reopen totally; it's not yet clear when that will happen.
