GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (via WOOD TV 8) -- An anti-Nazi banner was seen over the I-196 overpass Saturday evening.
The banner was spotted around 11 p.m. and was hung over the Coit Avenue bridge.
"Take out the trash," the banner read.
A stick figure image was also pictured dropping a swastika into a garbage can.
