(Via WOOD-TV) - More than 20 people across three West Michigan counties — including 11 in Kent County — have Zika virus, state officials say.
In all of the cases, the virus was contracted while the people involved were in other countries, according a spokesperson for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
The number of cases by county:
- Kalamazoo County: 4
- Kent County: 11
- Ottawa County: 9
