Today is opening day for the fifth year of ArtPrize. More than 1,500 pieces are being show by 1,800 artists at nearly 170 locations around Grand Rapids. You have 19 days to see it, and judge it. It is called the world's largest art competition.

There are 19 days to see and judge them all. Grand Rapids artist Ann Teliczan (pictured) hopes you will take time to study each piece. She tells WOOD Radio that she and every other artist put their hearts and souls into creating their entries.

Hers is a one of a kind mix of photographs, paintings and graphic works.  It's called "Moonglow 103," and it's showing at 50 Monroe.  Its vote code is 55228.
